Know exactly who you are paying
Before a deposit ever leaves your account, we confirm the factory is real, legal, capable — and that the name on the contract is the name on the invoice.
The Problem
A polished profile is not a real company
The most convincing supplier pages online are often the ones with the least behind them: borrowed certificates, a trading company posing as a factory, a beneficiary name that quietly differs from the entity on the contract. By the time a defect or a vanished deposit reveals the truth, the money has already crossed a border you cannot easily reach.
Verification is the cheapest insurance in the entire import chain. A licence check, a live look at export records and a person standing on the actual factory floor cost a fraction of one bad order. It pairs naturally with product sourcing: we like a factory on paper, then prove it in person before you commit.
What We Do
Six checks between you and a bad deposit
License & legal registration
We pull the business license, confirm it is live with the local AIC/AMR registry, and check that the legal name, scope and registered capital match the company you think you are paying.
Export history
We verify the supplier actually exports — customs and shipping records, ports used, destination markets — so you are not the trial run for a purely domestic factory.
Certifications, checked live
ISO 9001, BSCI, CE, FDA, FSC and the rest — validated against issuing bodies and matched to the exact product, because a genuine certificate for the wrong item is worth nothing.
Beneficiary consistency
We confirm the company you contract with is the company you pay: legal entity, invoicing name and beneficiary all line up. Mismatched payee names are one of our hard red flags.
On-site audit
A contracted field agent visits the site in person — real premises, real machines, real staff — photographs the floor and confirms the factory can produce at the volume it claims.
Red-flag report
Everything lands in one plain-English report with a clear go / no-go recommendation and the reasoning behind it — findings, not just a rubber stamp.

The Course
How we chart it
-
01
Identity & paper trail
We collect the business license and registration details and verify them against the official Chinese company registry.
-
02
Track record
Export history, certifications and references are checked live against issuing bodies and customs data — not taken on trust.
-
03
Money & beneficiary
We confirm the payee matches the legal entity and flag any inconsistency before a single deposit moves.
-
04
Boots on the floor
A local agent audits the site in person, photographs the lines and confirms real capacity behind the claims.
-
05
The verdict
Findings consolidated into one report with a go / no-go recommendation and every red flag named.
FAQ
Verification, answered
Who actually visits the factory?
A contracted local field agent — a specialist based in the manufacturing region, someone we have worked with for years. They conduct the on-site audit, photograph the premises and lines, and report back to your Eastway manager the same day.
What happens if a supplier fails verification?
You get a plain no-go with the red flags named, and you have committed nothing. We then return to sourcing and put a verified alternative in front of you — far cheaper than discovering the problem after the deposit.
Can you verify a factory I already found myself?
Yes. Verification is available as a standalone service on any supplier you bring us — before your first order, or as a periodic re-check on a factory you already use. Passing it flows straight into quality control on the production run.
