From the factory gate to your warehouse door

One coordinated flow — suppliers consolidated, freight booked, customs cleared, Incoterms settled — so your goods arrive where they should, when they should, with the paperwork already done.

Container port handling outbound freight

The Problem

The goods are ready. Now the real maze begins.

Passing inspection is only half the journey. Five suppliers mean five pickups, five sets of documents and five chances for something to slip. Pick the wrong Incoterms and a "cheap" FOB quote balloons with charges nobody mentioned. One wrong HS code or a missing certificate of origin and the container sits in a bonded queue while demurrage runs.

Freight is where margins quietly leak and deadlines quietly break. We turn a dozen moving parts into a single charted route — consolidation, booking, customs and last mile under one accountable contact. It is the final leg after quality control: only goods that passed inspection are the goods we load.

What We Do

One route, end to end

Supplier consolidation

Goods from several factories collected into our Hong Kong or Shenzhen warehouse and combined into one shipment — one departure, one set of documents, one delivery instead of a dozen.

Sea freight — FCL & LCL

Full-container loads when volume justifies it, less-than-container consolidation when it does not. We book the space, balance cost against transit time and keep you updated to arrival.

Air & rail

Air freight when speed matters and rail on the China–Europe corridor as the middle path — faster than sea, lighter on cost than air. We route each order to fit its deadline and budget.

Customs & documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificates of origin and HS classification prepared correctly, so goods clear cleanly at both ends instead of sitting in a bonded queue.

Incoterms guidance

We help you choose the right Incoterms 2020 rule — EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP — so responsibility, cost and risk are drawn on the map before the goods move, with no grey zones at the border.

Door-to-door & FBA prep

Right through to your warehouse or an Amazon fulfilment centre — with labelling, cartonisation and FBA-compliant prep handled so your inbound shipment is accepted first time.

The Course

How we chart it

  1. 01

    Plan the route

We map origin, destination, volume and deadline, then recommend sea, air or rail and the right Incoterms rule.

  2. 02

    Consolidate

Goods from every supplier arrive at our warehouse, are checked and combined into one outbound shipment.

  3. 03

    Book & document

We reserve freight space and prepare the full document set for clean clearance at both borders.

  4. 04

    In transit

Cargo is tracked from port to port, with one accountable contact keeping you updated to arrival.

  5. 05

    Last mile

Customs cleared, then delivered door-to-door — or prepped and routed straight into FBA.

FAQ

Shipping, answered

Which Incoterms should I ship on?

It depends on how much of the journey you want to control. FOB is the common starting point; DAP or DDP hand more of the freight, customs and risk to us so the price you see is closer to the price at your door. We walk you through the Incoterms 2020 options and recommend one that fits your setup before anything ships.

Can you combine orders from different factories?

Yes — consolidation is one of the biggest savings we offer. Goods from several suppliers come into our warehouse, are checked and combined into one shipment, so you pay for one freight movement and handle one set of documents. It pairs naturally with startup-friendly MOQs from product sourcing.

Do you handle Amazon FBA shipments?

Yes. We prepare FBA-compliant labelling and cartonisation, book the freight to the right fulfilment centre and manage customs, so your inbound shipment is accepted first time instead of bouncing on a prep error.
