Why “Eastway”
Eastway United Limited is a trading and sourcing company registered in Hong Kong — the historical junction where Western commerce learned to work with Chinese manufacturing. We picked the name deliberately: for our clients we are the way East — the route, the pilot and the lighthouse in one contract.
The founding team spent years inside export manufacturing — on the buying side and on the factory side. That double experience became our method: verify in person, negotiate in Chinese, inspect at the line, and never let a client discover a problem at their own warehouse door.
Today Eastway runs sourcing, verification, quality control and logistics for online sellers, startup brands and importers across Europe, North America and Australia.

Eastway is deliberately built as a lean core team — because the real work happens hundreds of kilometres from any office. Across Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian and China’s other manufacturing provinces we operate through a standing network of contracted local field agents: sourcing specialists, auditors and inspectors we have worked with for many years — most of them for a decade or more.
They visit factories unannounced, audit production lines, sit in on price negotiations, walk trade-show floors and supervise container loading. Each assignment follows the Eastway playbook and reports back the same day, with photos and measurements — so a client in London or Berlin sees the factory floor almost in real time.
This model is not a compromise; it is the design. Local professionals see what a fly-in visitor never will. A lean core keeps our overhead out of your unit economics. And a network bound by years of contracts and reputation moves faster than any branch-office bureaucracy.
